International Arbitration is a method of Dispute Resolution.
In the process, the parties agree to have their disputes resolved by private Arbitrators or Arbitration institutes. The Parties enter into an agreement having an arbitration clause which specifies the jurisdiction, seat of arbitration, number of arbitrators, language of arbitration and the Law applicable.
