International Arbitration is a method of Dispute Resolution.
In the process, the parties agree to have their disputes resolved by private Arbitrators or Arbitration institutes. The Parties enter into an agreement having an arbitration clause which specifies the jurisdiction, seat of arbitration, number of arbitrators, language of arbitration and the Law applicable.
The Parties agree to resolve the disputes before the Arbitrators and Arbitration Institute. International Arbitration has an arbitration clause which specifies the jurisdiction, seat of arbitration, number of arbitrators, language of the arbitration and the law applicable. It is consensual and enforceable which is usually faster and less expensive than domestic court proceedings.
The International Arbitration Awards can be enforced in nearly all countries which makes this process more appealing and a leading mechanism for the resolution of international disputes.
